**Make an Impact by**:

- Perform hardening on operating system (Windows / Linux) and network equipment following the Singtel IT Security policies, guideline and standard.
- Create and updates Engineering documents such as SOP and system diagrams, inventories such as video, network, IP address databases, drawings and critical information.
- Provide support and supervision for running project works related to Cyber-Security.
- Conduct day to day system checks to ensure proper operation.
- Assist the Duty Engineers in troubleshooting where applicable.

**Skills for Success**:

- Diploma in IT/ Computer Engineering/ Cybersecurity.
- Well-verse in MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel.
- Basic understanding in networking and security.
- Basic understanding in operating system in Linux, Windows and security.
- Ability to work independently and as a team.
- Does not mind to travel and work in Bukit Timah Satellite Earth Station.
- Willing to travel to other offices when required.
- Willing to do hands - experience in troubleshooting servers/workstations.
