- Maintain resources and apparatus in 2 Science laboratories.
- Coordinate with teachers on syllabus coverage for laboratory preparation.
- Prepare resources and apparatus for Science experiments in laboratories and mobile lab carts.
- Monitor laboratory usage and report to HOD/LH.
- Manage loaning system for desk-copies and teaching resources for 4 levels of Science classes.
- Assist in setting up, clearing, and cleaning of demonstration apparatus.
- Replace broken equipment from stock and maintain responsibility for all used equipment.
- Maintain stock book and breakage record, indicating necessary replacements.
- Check and replenish first aid kits in laboratories.
- Conduct annual inventory of stocks.
- Perform other duties assigned by HOD (Science).
- Assist teachers during practical lessons and tests to ensure sufficient equipment for pupils.
- Perform basic maintenance of Science garden.

**B) Office Administrative & Operations Support**:14. Support school administrative and operations matters, including front desk operations, event setup, procurement, and distribution of materials.
- Perform ad-hoc duties assigned by school management.

**Qualifications, Skills & Experience**:

- Minimum 3 ‘O’ level passes.
- At least 2 years’ experience in school science laboratory preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Preferably with relevant working experience in a primary school setting.
