The Corporate Planning team oversees strategy, corporate development and innovation for IHH Healthcare Singapore. As a Corporate Planning manager, your primary responsibility would be to support the team in coordinating strategies, driving strategic initiatives and monitoring performance results. This would mean working closely with various business units across IHH Healthcare Singapore - from primary care to tertiary care to ancillary and allied health, and corporate functions.
**Key accountabilities**:
Support the development, planning and formulation of IHH Healthcare SG strategies, annual workplan and budget.
Support key projects undertaken by the team on the IHH Healthcare SG strategic roadmap. This would include research, analysis, ideation, solution recommendation and drafting of presentations.
Manage a small team on a key initiative to review a master patient record database.
Facilitate initiatives to drive integration across IHH Healthcare SG.
Manage, consolidate and report on organisational performance indicators such as the balanced scorecard.
Provide administrative support including secretariat support for meetings.
Support organisation development activities to strengthen organisation effectiveness.
**Qualifications & Experience**:
Minimum degree with at least 2 years in a managerial position
Experience in healthcare operations preferred: Basic understanding of the processes and systems in a healthcare setting would increase your effectiveness in the role
High proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
