About Trust & Safety
The CapCut Safety team is responsible for the content safety of all global products (Capcut, Dreamina, Hypic, CommercePro etc.). We are responsible for online risk and safety strategies, collaborating with stakeholders to build the content safety moderation process of each product and lower the risks.
It is possible that this role will be exposed to harmful content as part of the core role/as part of project/ in response to escalation requests/by chance.
This may occur in the form of images, video, and text related to every-day life, but it can also include (but is not limited to) bullying; hate speech; child safety; depictions of harm to self and others, and harm to animals.

**Responsibilities**:

- Construct content safety strategies for some modules of Capcut. Set product metrics across risk, cost and experience, and be responsible for the final results.
- Drive projects in a goal-oriented manner with a full understanding of cross-functional teams. Develop opinions and solutions on complex issues, collaborating with stakeholders to reach alignment.
- Research on the content risks in the field of AIGC and intelligent creation, as well as collect and analyse feedback from various departments to initiate product optimisation projects to improve content safety.

**Qualifications**:
Minimum Qualifications
- 3+ years of product management experience in safety, content, or user experience
- Goal-oriented with a data-driven approach to problem solving. Experience in quantitative data analysis, with working level proficiency in SQL and Python
- Good cross-functional project management skills, good communication skills; a passion to unite people behind a common goal
- Experience working with international partners across different time zones and cultures. Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with image recognition or classification models, such as content recommendation, content governance, or distribution
- Your ability to work in a high tempo environment, adapt, respond to day-to-day challenges of the role.
- Your resilience and commitment to self-care to manage the emotional demands of the role.
