**Key Responsibilities**
- Supervise, lead, and motivate cleaning teams to deliver high-quality service.
- Plan, organize, and manage staff schedules, rosters, and task assignments.
- Conduct regular inspections to ensure cleaning standards are consistently met.
- Train and mentor new staff on cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
- Manage cleaning supplies, equipment, and inventory effectively.
- Handle and resolve staff or client complaints promptly and professionally.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations at all times.
- Develop and implement staff training programs and performance improvement plans.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
- Communicate effectively with clients, management, and staff to address needs and expectations.
- Prepare basic reports, maintain records, and use software/tools to manage schedules and operations.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a **supervisory role** within cleaning or facilities management.
- Proven track record of managing cleaning teams and ensuring service excellence.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning methods, products, and equipment.
- Familiarity with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
- Ability to resolve issues and make sound decisions under pressure.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Basic computer literacy; experience with cleaning management software is a plus.
- Flexibility to work early mornings, late evenings, weekends, or holidays when required.
- Physical ability to perform cleaning tasks, including lifting, standing for long periods, and operating cleaning equipment.

Pay: $2,400.00 - $2,700.00 per month

**Experience**:

- Supervising: 2 years (preferred)
