**Your Role**
**Your Responsibilities**
- Creative-related responsibilities:_
- Lead Creative Strategy: Drive the creative vision for our innovation programmes, aligning with strategic objectives and branding guidelines.
- Conduct Creative Briefs: Work closely with cross-functional teams to conduct creative briefs, gather requirements, and translate ideas into effective design concepts.
Pitch Concepts: Communicate with internal and external stakeholders, including presenting work to our clients and partners.
- Generate High-Quality Assets: Produce visually appealing assets, including digital ads, social media graphics, presentations, and web-based materials.
- Support Marketing Campaigns: Collaborate with the Communications team to design materials for client campaigns and Padang’s own channels.
- Web Development: Leverage skills in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other web technologies to build and maintain web pages that support programme objectives.
- Generative AI Tools: Utilise generative AI tools to enhance and expedite creative processes. Exposure to AI design tools (e.g., Midjourney, DALL-E, Adobe Firefly) is highly desirable.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all creative outputs are on-brand and consistent across all channels.
- Others:_
- Remote Collaboration: Work effectively within a hybrid team environment, ensuring clear communication and timely delivery of projects.
- Vendor Management: Brief, collaborate and supervise event vendors, particularly in photography and videography.
- Event Support: Assist in event preparations and management as part of the Padang team, as well as the facilitation of the participants, including support for prototyping.
**Attributes we require of you (Primary)**
We are looking for an ambitious and dynamic talent, who has a can-do attitude and enjoys working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. You should have:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in a design role, with experience leading creative projects and collaborating with marketing and web development teams.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign) and other design tools. Strong portfolio showcasing versatility in digital, print, and web design.
- Web Development Knowledge: Understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other front-end languages. Experience with content management systems is a plus.
- Generative AI Exposure: Familiarity with generative AI tools for design and a passion for leveraging AI to innovate and enhance creative workflows.
- Creative Problem-Solving: Ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging assets that resonate with various audiences.
- Continuous Learning: Passion for staying up-to-date with design trends, emerging AI tools, and new technologies, and eagerness to improve skills.
- Remote Work Discipline: Self-motivated with a high level of integrity and the discipline to work independently in a remote environment.
- Collaboration and Adaptability: Strong team player who is open to feedback and able to adapt to changing requirements and priorities.

These are advantageous:
- Animation and Video Editing: Basic skills in video editing software (e.g., Premiere Pro and After Effects) to support multimedia campaigns.
- UX/UI Knowledge: Understanding of user-centred design principles and best practices for creating intuitive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Project Management: Familiarity with project management tools (e.g., Asana and Trello) and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
