Construction Company in Central Area looking to fill Admin / HR Asst Role
**Job Scope
- Office general administration and correspondence
- Job postings, letter of appointment, confirmation etc
- Leave administration, training arrangement
- Coordination / Preparation for IT hardware/software
- Petty cash (for HQ only)
- Maintain and update staff/workers records and contact details
- Manage Foreign Workers
- Record keeping of necessary ISO documents
- Company vehicles (insurance, road tax etc)
- Assist in MYE tracking and PQ paperwork
- Assist in event planning
**Requirements**:
- O Level
- Team Player
**Working Hours**
Monday to Friday 8.30am to 6.00pm
**Salary Range **$2,800 - $3,200
