**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and implement distribution processes and procedures to ensure efficient and effective distribution of insurance products
- Manage the distribution team to ensure that distribution is done accurately and efficiently
- Ensure that distribution is handled in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Monitor distribution trends and identify areas for improvement
- Work with other departments to ensure that distribution is handled in a timely and efficient manner
- Provide training and support to distribution staff to ensure that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to distribute insurance products effectively
- Ensure that distribution is done in compliance with regulatory requirements
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, brokers, and reinsurers
- Ensure that distribution data is accurate and up-to-date

**Requirements**:

- Degree holder
- At least 8 years of experience in claims management in the insurance industry
- Strong knowledge of distribution processes and procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Strong knowledge of insurance distribution process and procedure
- Good understanding on regulatory requirements related to distribution management
