**The opportunity
**Responsibilities**:

- Support partnership team in driving the overall bancassurance governance & relationship including managing, delivering and co-ordinating the local Product Development Committee & Steering Committees.
- Drive & implement step change in Performance management support in creating, delivering and assisting the Chief Bancassurance Officer (CBO) in implementing data-driven performance management based on drivers & area/region/branch s
- Support development of segment-specific proposition & strategy for bank partners to drive penetration into key segments (e.g. mass/mass affluent segments, Corporate/SME).
- Lead all key strategic initiatives for Partnership channel, including partnering Account Heads to develop product strategy for each partner/segment as relevant, and working with IT, Marketing and Operations develop the model for the digital led banca execution model
- Design, develop and execute - monthly/quarterly/annual customer incentives and distribution incentive programs
- Driving the annual and quarterly business planning process
- Single point of contact for the CBO for the stakeholder management and engagement with the regional distribution teams
