Job Description: Customer Service Officer (Clinic) (Up to $2,800)
Location: Central
Working Hours: 5.5 days work week, 44 hours
Position Overview:
**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet patients and visitors with a warm and friendly attitude, ensuring a positive and welcoming experience at the clinic.
2. Provide prompt and accurate information to customers regarding clinic services, appointment scheduling, and general inquiries, either in person, over the phone, or through electronic channels.
3. Assist patients in completing required forms and paperwork, ensuring accuracy and adherence to clinic policies and procedures.
4. Manage the appointment booking system, ensuring efficient scheduling and rescheduling of appointments as necessary.
5. Effectively handle and resolve customer complaints or concerns in a professional and timely manner, escalating issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction.
6. Maintain customer records and update relevant information in the clinic's database system.
7. Collaborate with medical staff and other departments to ensure smooth patient flow and coordination of services.
8. Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain cash registers in accordance with clinic policies and procedures.
9. Maintain a clean and organized reception area, ensuring it is well-stocked with necessary supplies and materials.
10. Stay up-to-date with clinic policies, procedures, and services to provide accurate information to customers.
**Requirements**:
1. Proven experience in a customer service role, preferably in a healthcare or clinic setting.
2. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong ability to build rapport and maintain positive relationships with patients and visitors.
3. Ability to handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, empathy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
4. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
5. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity and maintain patient privacy.
6. Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, as per clinic requirements.
