**About the job**
Our client has a dedicated Global Living Sectors team, that provide clients with unrivalled insights and access to global living opportunities. The global living sectors group coordinates, advises and represents investors in their cross-border investment strategies. They are seeking an APAC Living Sectors Analyst to be based in Singapore, focusing on APAC investors and APAC living markets (mainly Australia and Japan).

Working under the direction of the Head of APAC Living Sectors, you will have responsibility for understanding the living sectors investment requirements of clients in the APAC region, and managing and distributing this intelligence. You will work closely with colleagues throughout the global network to source investments opportunities for key APAC clients, as well as assist in the creation of living sector research reports.

**Responsibilities**
- Conduct in depth research and analysis on living sector trends in the APAC region;
- Provide strategic insights and forecasts to support decision making related to property investments and development opportunities;
- Collaborate with cross-border teams to identify emerging opportunities;
- Analyse data sets and leverage market intelligence tools to generate comprehensive reports on APAC living sectors;
- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including industry experts, clients and peers;
- Present findings to internal and external stakeholders through reports, presentations and other communication channels;
- For an agreed set of investors, develop an overview of all investor requirements - including but not limited to market, market share, stakeholder map by region, business objectives, assets owned, asset classes of interest, existing mandates and growth goals;
- Work with technology and data teams to migrate existing client information to a new CRM platform and maintain all ongoing client intelligence and insight within the central system.

**Requirements**:

- 5+ years of relevant professional experience with a demonstrated passion for capital markets, living sectors and business development;
- Experience working with CRM tools such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics
- Advanced experience with Powerpoint, Excel, Microsoft Outlook. PowerBI experience a plus;
- Team player with ability to work well in a cross-functional team environment; ability to work effectively with diverse teams across diverse cultures and varying levels of capability;
- Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanour, self-motivated and self-directed with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and mange time efficiently;
- Be prepared to think outside the box and take initiative in order to solve problems as they arise;
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for effective reporting and presenting insights.
- Knowledge of real estate, market trends and cultural nuances across APAC countries;
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
