**Work Schedule**:

- Days: Monday to Saturday
- Hours: 8:00 am to 5:30 pm
- Home Leave: 11 days for every 9 weeks of work

**Responsibilities**:

- **Crafting Financial Efficiency**:Develop and execute expense management policies tailored to organizational objectives.
- **Data-Driven Insights**:Establish and maintain a dynamic cost data system for timely analysis, providing valuable insights for decision-making.
- **Solution-Oriented Approach**:Identify operational bottlenecks and propose actionable solutions to drive efficiency.
- **Refining Management Practices**:Implement refined management systems to cater to evolving enterprise needs.

**Key Tasks**:

- Develop and enforce expense management policies and procedures.
- Review and authorize expense reports for accuracy and compliance.
- Conduct thorough expense data analysis to identify trends and optimization areas.
- Propose and implement cost-saving initiatives for enhanced financial performance.
- Deliver comprehensive training sessions on expense management protocols.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure adherence to expense management standards.

**Skills and Abilities**:

- **Analytical Acumen**:Proficient in analyzing complex financial data for actionable insights.
- **Effective Communication**:Strong interpersonal skills for articulating findings and collaborating with diverse stakeholders.
- **Independent and Team Player**:Ability to work autonomously and contribute effectively in a team.
- **Technological Proficiency**:Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel for financial analysis.
- **Meticulous Attention to Detail**:Ensuring accuracy and precision in all aspects of expense management.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Industrial Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or related fields.
- Minimum 4 years of experience in financial management or budgeting within manufacturing companies.
- Familiarity with enterprise operational management systems and performance evaluation methodologies.
- Proficiency in management reporting tools.
