**Summary**:

- Our client is a play-based preschool that is looking for a new phonics teacher to join their team

**The Challenges**:

- Teaching phonics to preschool children
- Executing engaging lessons to mould young minds
- Create a classroom environment that is safe, joyful and conducive for learning as well as ensure the delivery of age-appropriate activities and lessons.
- Guide and develop lifelong skills and values in children.

**What it Takes**:

- At least GCE O'levels B3 English
- Good ability to speak and write in English
- Good ability to interact positively with children
- Independent, mature and responsible
- Pleasant attitude and disposition
- Teaching experience preferred
