As a Teacher/Teaching Assistant at the SOC(SP), you will play a pivotal role in delivering our phonics program to young learners. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Training and Development: Participate in comprehensive training programs to continuously enhance your teaching skills and adapt to our dynamic approach.

- Student Engagement: Create an inclusive and interactive classroom environment that encourages student participation and exploration.

- Collaborative Teamwork: Work closely with colleagues and management to contribute to an authentic, empathetic and loving environment where everyone gets to maximise their potential.
