We are seeking a dynamic and organized individual to join our team as a Training Admin Assistant (3mths Temp). In this role, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our training department, coordinating training schedules, managing training materials, and assisting with the onboarding of new employees.
Key responsibilities:

- Assist with the coordination and scheduling of training sessions
- Maintain training records and ensure all documentation is up to date
- Assist with the development and distribution of training materials
- Coordinate logistics for training events, including room bookings and catering arrangements
- Assist with the onboarding of new employees by coordinating training sessions and providing support as needed
- Respond to inquiries from employees regarding training programs and opportunities
- Provide administrative support to the training department as needed

Qualifications:

- Minimum Qualification: GCE A Levels or Diploma
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in a training or human resources role is an asset

This is a temporary position for 3 months with the possibility of extension. If you are a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for training and development, we would love to hear from you.
