A Resident Care Partner (RCP) is responsible for attending to residents’ psychosocial needs to improve quality of life.
- Participate in conducting daily engagement activities and exercises with the residents
- Build relationships and befriend our residents assigned
- Participate in therapeutic activities e.g gardening, dancing and craftwork
- Assists in carrying out various basic care activities for the resident such as meals preparations, dressing and grooming to maintain dignity.
- Perform basic vital signs monitoring
- Accompany residents with stable conditions for clinical appointments or transfers
- Ensure proper recording of daily activities
- Assume any other additional responsibilities as assigned

**Requirements**:

- Minimum Secondary education
- Prior experience is caregiving duties in nursing homes, hospitals, day care or as an individual to your own loved ones would be advantageous
- Have a compassionate heart to serve the elderly
- Communicate effectively with a wide variety of people and cultures, maintaining a high level of quality service
- Self-motivated and willing to try new ideas to engage elderly in various activities
