Singapore Star Alliance Services GmbH Full time

In your capacity as Manager, IT Security, you will report to the VP, Digital & Technology, working in close liaison with the Star Alliance member airlines as well as external stakeholders. This is a position in the Digital & Technology team, which provides Star Alliance member airlines with expert knowledge in the areas of IT Architecture, Operations and Security.
**Job Summary**
Information Security
- Evaluate security policies and processes as part of tender processes
- Review penetration testing and vulnerability assessment results and ensure necessary mitigation actions are taken
- Conduct regular reviews, updates and implementation of Star Alliance IT Security Policy
- Responsible for consistent and ongoing communications with Star Alliance member airline IT Security Officers
- Ensure Technology is managed according to the ISO 27001 standards for the organisation, technology partners, and our member airlines
- Collaborate with partners to review top risks and ensure that risk management is embedded as part of day-to-day business
- Responsible for overseeing the BCM Framework and contingency planning across Star Alliance member airlines and with our business partners
- Manage the cyber incident response plan and participate in cyber tabletop exercises

Business Support
- Support new digital service or technology opportunities through participation in organised events with Product Owners, Star Alliance member airlines and third party providers
- Support negotiations of technical and commercial aspects with vendors

**Your Profile**
- Minimum of 3 years of working experience in an IT environment, preferably within an airline
- Demonstratable IT Security experience in Cloud environments
- Knowledge of BCM & GRC best practices.
- Knowledge of tools/software for GRC management.
- Agile thinker, willing to try new and innovative methods with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Experience implementing and maintaining information security frameworks
- Experience managing worldwide Data Protection processes
- Working knowledge of ISO27001 and/or other cybersecurity frameworks
- Broad technical understanding of systems and software lifecycle development activities
- High level of proficiency in English is essential, as it is the sole language used for communication with Star Alliance Member Airlines and other external stakeholders
- Excellent presentation skills
- Self-starter - has a high level of drive and commitment
- Conceptual thinking and flexibility
- Cultural awareness and interpersonal skills
