**Music Manager**
The successful applicant will lead and manage the music administration across the school and ensure all co-curricular music activities are well organised. S/he will ensure that the individual instrumental tuition is supported by correct procedures and the resources are in place for the programme to run successfully. To act as a link and support for the Heads of Instrument, assist with the Music enrichment programme and ensure that all administration is collated for instrument hire. S/he will assist and administer the Co-Curriculum Activities programme in the Infant, Junior & Senior School when required, and assist the Director of Music and the three Heads of Music in the set-up and logístical running of Music Events.
**Requirements**:
- Degree or equivalent
- Relevant working experience in similar capacity
- Experience and general knowledge of music
- Proficient in Sharepoint, Google Suite, Microsoft Office Applications & Excel
- Pleasant disposition with excellent interpersonal, organisational, communication, co-ordination and administrative skills; and a good command of English
- Strong people management skill
- Positive attitude and positive approach to working with teachers, coaches, students and the Tanglin Community
- Possess high degree of discretion, diplomacy and tact in discharging duties
- Adopt a flexible approach to working hours based on the needs of the programme
- Able to work independently as well as a good team player with good initiative
