- Plan and manage the clinic's budget and approve payroll
- Overseeing the purchasing, maintenance, and repair of clinic equipment.
- Managing the clinic's facilities, billing system, and inventory.
- Ensure that all policies and procedures function in accordance with state and federal laws
- Ensure robust coordination and communication between support and clinical functions.
- Regularly evaluating the clinic operations and implementing improvements in processes (e.g., for patient retention improvements or cost savings).
- Ensuring effective communication and teamwork across the clinics and proactively assisting with day-to-day operations (customer service matters, patients’ complaints and maintenance issues, etc.
- Supervise and manage logistics team for coordination of products and supplies.
- Perform administrative duties that are vital to clinic operations, including preparing documents and reports for management reviews.

**Requirements**:

- 2+ years prior experience working in a clinical or healthcare setting
- 2+ years of proven success in leadership roles is required
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical thinking skills and the ability to exercise sound judgement when making decisions
- Extremely organized and detail oriented
- Ability to delegate tasks as needed
- Knowledge of a second language is an asset

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $4,000.00 - $6,000.00 per month
