The HR intern will support the Shared Services team in the HR operations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Support onboarding and offboarding administrations
- Monitor and process new hire confirmation
- Administer employee benefits e.g. Flexible benefits and insurance enrollment etc
Prepare and maintain employees’ personnel files
- Attend to HR related queries from employees
- Compile data for reports or surveys as and when assigned
- Participate in HR projects as and when assigned
**Requirements**:
- Undergraduate or Graduate in Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management
- Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
- Good multitasking and organizational skills
- Independent, proactive and self-motivated
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and tech savvy
- Able to commit to a 6 months internship
