**Responsibilities**:

- Be the epi-center of the culture team - inspire them, focus them, collaborate with clarity and momentum
- Act as a unifying force across the entire organization, working closely with the brand, comms & content teams, to translate well defined plans into effective, authentic branded communications & experiences
- Cultivate a positive and trust-centric working relationship with the Culture cluster and respective business units, understand their mandate, thinking and philosophy in the curation of the exhibitions and programmes and events.
- Collaborate with internal business units to plan, develop, implement and evaluate marketing campaigns and promotions with effective ROI to drive revenue and visitation to ArtScience Museum, Attractions and Entertainment at Marina Bay Sands.
- Work closely with internal departments such as Brand & Advertising, eCommerce, Social Media and Communications to develop online and offline integrated marketing campaigns to reach our key target audiences.
- Work with media agency to manage media budget, ensure effective media ROI, track and optimise campaign performance.
- Have a point of view, a desire and a vision to create and/or maximise the cultural impact of our brand through relevant, strategic opportunities
- Be the strategic gate keepers to ensure that all ideas, executions & campaigns are consistently delivering against our brand & business goals.
- Develop strong working processes & relationships based on mutual trust and expertise across our multi-faceted teams to deliver a working rhythm that facilitates both quality & efficiency.
- Collaborates to shape the big picture business and marketing context and ideas, as well as delivering on tactical executions with finesse
- Is a confident ambassador of our team to senior stakeholders, capable of consulting with leaders across departments, originating ideas & bringing the wider IR along the journey
- Advocates for the business internally, and keeps the agency team informed, focused, and enthused about the work and the business.
- Form meaningful relationships with people, being clear & approachable as this role must work with every department across the MBS ecosystem, from senior leadership to marketing, design, operations, customer service, sales, and distribution—to create a cohesive customer experience.
- Actively works to grow and develop the skills and abilities of junior team memebrs
- Challenges direction, or the status quo, and seeks alternate perspectives and approaches in developing effective brand strategies.
- Proactively initiate and ideate new products and experiences to drive incremental visitation and revenue
- Ensure adherence to Compliance, SOPs and Approval/Budget processes
- Maintain marketing’s sphere of influence at the decision table
- Manage content updates and development for ArtScience Museum, Attractions and Entertainment across all on property platforms, website while working with eCommerce team to ensure timely updates and enhancing customer user experience to maximise ticket sales conversions.
- Develop and oversee the execution of communication marketing collaterals
- Management of marketing budget and forecast reports and ensure expenditure drives business objectives.

**Job Requirements**

Education & Certification
- Bachelor of Science/Arts in a business-related field preferred

Experience
- Hands-on experience working with diverse markets and teams to develop and lead marketing initiatives.
- Min 1 year of experience in the arts, attractions, entertainment or tourism industry is desirable.

Other Prerequisites
- Organised, with high-calibre project management, writing, communications and presentation skills for the preparation of business plans.
- Quantitative and analytical skills - comfortable with the necessary financial and analytical functions required to quantify the performance of marketing initiatives.
- Ability to work and lead effectively in a team setting, including synthesising ideas into concrete marketing implications.
- Enthusiastic about collaborating and communicating closely with teams and other stakeholders via a distributed model.
- You love getting to know things intimately and getting under the skin of how everything & everyone works. This means spotting connections that others don’t by looking for links between culture, futures and people
- You have an obsessive attention to detail when it comes to brand execution and understands the scale of operational delivery
- You thrive in a fast-moving environment where you can jump in, quickly figure things out, roll up your sleeves, and actively push our long-term brand vision into meaningful expressions that span the entire customer experience
- An ability to focus as well as multi-task, prone to see (and seek) solutions, not problems
