The incumbent will head the administration and operations team to support the Pastoral staff and Local Church Executive Committee (LCEC) in their work.

**JOB DESCRIPTION**
- Oversee smooth running of Church Office Administration, including operational support for the church, facilities and safety management.
- Manage human resource matters, including payroll and employment matters.
- Assist in Church compliance with Commissioner of Charities requirements.
- Any other duties assigned by the Pastor-In-Charge, LCEC Chairperson as deemed necessary for the smooth running of the Church Admin and HR operations.

**JOB REQUIREMENTS**
- Bachelor's Degree or its equivalent.
- At least 3 years of full spectrum of HR, Admin and Operations function.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of employees.
- Bilingual in English and Chinese would be an advantage.

**REMUNERATION**

Salary will be commensurate with the experience and skills of the applicant.
