**Your New Role**

Reporting to the Executive Director, Operations Asia Pacific, and the Director, Asia Theatrical Distribution, we are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive individual to support distribution operations across Asia. Based in Singapore, this role will collaborate closely with regional and global stakeholders to ensure the seamless execution of theatrical releases for Warner Bros. films in Asia

**Your Role Accountabilities**
- Manage licensee markets: Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Sri Lanka, Pakistan, Bangladesh, Nepal, Maldives, Mongolia, Myanmar
- Oversee release schedule updates and box office reporting for all APAC territories

Distribution & Operations
- Order screeners, DCPs, and trailers for licensee markets
- Maintain licensee/licensor distribution agreements database
- Review anti-piracy security measures for pre-release screenings
- Manage local title translations
- Prepare reports for data analysis
- Handle ad-hoc administrative duties

Finance & Administration Support (Licensee Markets)
- Maintain, distribute, and collate forecasting templates
- Prepare draft forecast presentations for senior management
- Monitor title-by-title licensee financial reporting
- Maintain pan-Asian territory information updates and distribution lists

**Qualifications & Experience**
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; database experience preferred
- Strong English communication skills (additional languages a plus)
- Strong mathematical, analytical, and organizational skills
- Finance background a plus
