The team works closely with engineering, design, and business stakeholders to translate user needs and market opportunities into effective solutions that drive customer satisfaction and business growth.Your role in the Team's SuccessYour primary responsibility will be to support the product team in researching, analyzing, and documenting user needs while assisting with feature development and improvement initiatives.By gathering competitive insights and helping translate customer feedback into actionable product enhancements, you will contribute to our user experience and platform growth strategy.Your role is integral to maintaining our product development momentum, providing valuable analytical support, and helping bridge communication between cross-functional teams including engineering, design, and business stakeholders.What you'll doConduct user research to identify pain points and opportunitiesAnalyze competitive products to benchmark features and functionalityAssist in creating and maintaining product documentationParticipate in cross-functional meetings to understand the product development processSupport the creation of wireframes and user flowsHelp analyze product metrics and user behavior dataContribute to feature prioritization discussionsAssist with coordinating product launches and updatesWork closely with product managers to learn best practicesProvide support to enhance product development workflow and user experiencesWhat you'll need for this roleA student or recent graduate in Business, Computer Science, Design, or a related fieldInterest in product management, fintech, or mobile appsStrong problem-solving and communication skillsCurious, organized, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environmentComfortable working with data and user feedbackHow we work We try to take a thoughtful approach to our ways of working as a company.
