We’re expanding and looking for passionate individuals to join our creative events team — the people behind our most memorable culinary collaborations and activations.

This is a **commissionable sales role**, and **remuneration will commensurate with experience**.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, vendors, venue partners, and collaborators
- Manage incoming event enquiries, provide timely responses, and follow up on leads
- Prepare pitch decks, event proposals, and detailed quotations
- Coordinate with external vendors (e.g. logistics providers, AV technicians, equipment rental)
- Work closely with the kitchen and logistics teams to ensure seamless event execution
- Proactively resolve any issues that arise before or during events
- Assist with event budgeting, administrative documentation, and cost tracking
- Provide on-site event support and represent the brand professionally
- Conduct post-event reviews to identify areas of improvement and gather feedback

**Requirements & Skills**
- Diploma in Mass Communication, Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality & Tourism, or related fields
- Minimum 1 year of experience in the events industry
- F&B experience is a strong advantage
- Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel)
- Basic design skills (Canva or similar platforms)
- Comfortable and confident engaging with clients
- Independent and self-motivated; able to take initiative
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a dynamic environment
- Detail-oriented with strong organisational and inventory management skills
- Observant, solution-oriented, and calm under pressure

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,200.00 - $3,500.00 per month
