Job Purpose
Reporting to the Administrative Lead, the Executive will provide efficient administrative support to undergraduate timetabling and processes, and other departmental matters.
**Responsibilities**:
Coordinate and schedule undergraduate timetableFacilitate student feedback process for undergraduate modulesConfigure undergraduate modules and quotas for module registrationManage tutorial appealsAssist with module appealsAdminister pre-allocation of modulesFacilitate submission of the Honours Theses and other reportsManage undergraduate enquiries mailboxAttend to staff and students’ queries and requestsCoordinate/Manage other matters related to the undergraduate curriculum e.g. verify graduation reports, collate and submit Honours Theses to ScholarBankFacilitate examination process e.g. photocopy exam question papers, check exam marks, provide administrative support during exams Telephone and photocopier administratorManage/Assist with daily tasks to facilitate departmental operations e.g. issuing of keysCoordinate/Manage ad hoc events and projectsTasks as assigned by supervisor or Head of DepartmentQualifications and Competencies
A degree in any disciplineProficient in Microsoft OfficeMeticulous with good organisational skills Excellent communication skillsGood interpersonal skillsWillingness to learnExperience working in an educational institution and with systems such as CMIS, EduRec, ModReg and IMMS will be advantageous
