We are looking for a dynamic and driven Communications Executive to strengthen our external communications, enhance our brand presence, and engage with our growing community. **Job Description**:
**Key Responsibilities**

**Strategic Communications**:

- Manage and oversee all communication touchpoints, including social media platforms, newsletters, collaterals, and the website.
- Develop and maintain the yearly social media calendar, ensuring alignment with brand goals and audience engagement.
- Craft and maintain consistent messaging across all external communications for clients and partners.

**Content & Community Management**:

- Plan and execute content for APSY and AKIDS’ social media platforms, working closely with interns to meet deadlines.
- Engage with the social media community, responding to queries and fostering meaningful connections.
- Analyse social media metrics to assess performance and optimise strategies.

**Project Oversight**:
Lead major communication projects, including:

- Newsletters.
- Collaterals (e.g., flyers, brochures).
- Website updates.
- Community engagement campaigns.

**Collaborative Leadership**:

- Guide and mentor interns, ensuring adherence to deadlines and quality standards for content creation.

**Who We’re Looking For**
- Education: Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Experience: 2-3 years in communications, social media creation, or a similar role.

**Soft Skills**:

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and project management capabilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to adapt to dynamic projects and manage multiple priorities.
- A proactive self-starter who thrives on ownership and accountability
- A responsible individual who takes pride in delivering timely quality work.

**Hard Skills**:

- Proficiency in design and editing tools, such as Adobe Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro), Canva, Capcut.
- Strong understanding of branding, project management, and communication strategies.
