The National Institute of Education invites suitable candidates to join the Psychology and Child & Human Development Department as an Executive. This is a 20-month contract position.
Responsibilities
Supporting the administration and management of the Graduate Programmes by Coursework.
Overseeing faculty administrative matters for the department.
Serving as the department representative to ensure proper archival of project data for all programmes.
Assisting with the administrative aspects for the Centre of Assessment and Evaluation (CAE).
Designing posters or EDMs for departmental events.
Supporting the NIE Wellness Centre reception duties once weekly.
Any other responsibilities as assigned by the manager or head of department.
Requirements
A Polytechnic Diploma.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Microsoft Excel and Word) as well as different communication platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
Ability to leverage creative expertise to design visually compelling event posters.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and oral.
Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
Experience working in an educational environment would be an advantage.
