**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**
- In this role, you will help define the vision, strategy, and roadmap of features related to paid, organic, affiliates, partnerships and product-led growth channels
- Own 0-to-1 projects and new initiatives related to growth (e.g., channel partnerships and integrations, affiliate and referral programs, search engine optimisation etc.)
- Develop Pelago’s Martech stack and build automation capabilities - including CRM, Ad platforms, tracking, etc.
- Collaborate with teams to improve some of our metrics, including Cost Per Acquisition (CPAs), Return on Advertising Spent (ROAS), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and retention.
- Propose SEO strategies to meet business objectives and to increase our share of traffic from search engines
- Collaborate with product, marketing, design, engineering, customer support, and sales to deliver great products to our customers.
- Deliver customer value iteratively, managing products through various launch phases and follow-on releases.
- Define and communicate product requirements and specifications by thinking creatively and rigorously about how to solve problems that have never been solved before at this scale.
- Prioritise and make tradeoffs by understanding short-term and long-term business goals.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- Minimum 5 years experience as a product manager, including 2+ years working in a growth capacity.
- Experience growing at-scale consumer products and a strong understanding of growth product
- At least two years of experience launching growth or SEO features at a consumer internet company
- Experience working in a high-growth e-commerce/travel company is highly preferred.
- Experience integrating with partners and 3rd party platforms
- Excellent analytical sense with experience driving products and business decisions that involve quantitative analysis and experimentation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a talent for precise articulations of customer problems.
- Bachelor/Master in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or related fields.
