**About the role**

**Key Responsibilities**
- Accountable for full recruitment cycle from headcount approval through to onboarding new hires
- Responsible for managing all job postings through career sites and social media channels
- Liaise with Marketing Team to build employment brand through Careers Page and social media channels
- Keep accurate and current records of all open vacancies through BambooHR
- Manage all background checks for potential new hires
- Monitor and track all recruitment data
- Source compensation market data
- Proactively drive recruitment activity in the region by seeking out new and improved ways to source top talent
- Build a pipeline of potential talent for critical roles
- Support Global Talent Acquisition Manager in other global roles as required
- Provide HR generalist support (onboarding new hires)
- Other duties as assigned

**Required skills and experience**
- Minimum 4 years full cycle professional recruitment experience, agency or in-house
- 2+ years working with Applicant Tracking System (BambooHR a plus)
- Experience in using digital recruiting tools such as LinkedIn Recruiter, social media channels, and job posting sites
- Well developed analytical, decision-making, negotiation, problem-solving, and verbal/written communication skills
- Ability to take initiative and prioritize multiple roles in a fast-paced environment
- 2+ years providing HR Generalist support to include onboarding, benefits administration, performance management, compliance in the state, federal, and local employment laws and regulations
- Team player willing to support HR colleagues as required
- Self-starter, able to work with mínimal supervision
