- Able to work independently lead the in-house drafting team and provide guidance to junior staffs and maintain a high quality / documentation standard;
- Collaborative and a good team player, with good working attitude and be proactive; Inept knowledge and interest in carpentry and/or construction details;
- Well verse in the Primary Software, and at least one additional skills list under the Secondary Software;
- Produce interior fit-out CAD / REVIT drawings;
- Check and understand drawings and illustrations provided by architects / design consultants and work closely with Project Managers to provide shop drawing list and schedules;
- Generate interior architectural shop drawings packages for client approval and construction;
- Generate interior architectural and/or structural drawings for submissions;
- Generate interior architectural as-built drawings; Maintain proper records, updates of drawings and documentation to ensure easy retrieval;
- Be responsible and deligent in ensuring the drawings achieve the required quality for client review, update and check drawings for accuracy as necessary;
- Basic understanding of ergonomics and Universal Design guidelines;
- Be involved in site survey and site measurements to verify data as required;Requirements:
**Education & Qualifications**:
- Diploma in Design (Interior Design)
- Diploma in Experiential Product & Interior Design
- Specialist Diploma in Architectural Technology
- Specialist Diploma in Interior & Landscape Design
- Certificate in Interior Design
- Nitec in Architectural Technology
- Higher Nitec in Architectural Technology
- Nitec in Interior & Exhibition Design
- Applicant should possess at least one of the above qualifications
