**About this role**
In your role as a Senior BIM Technician, your required skills ranging from strong leadership, good communication, expert technical knowledge, administrative management, building external links locally, regionally, and globally as well as good interpersonal interaction. Your main focus will be the production of building information models, together with the associated delivery drawings. As such, it will be your responsibility to produce the models, and to ensure that internal quality processes are followed, that the document control is kept in order, and to collaborate closely with Engineers and other technicians.

**What will I do?**
- Work with project teams to develop and implement project-specific BIM workflows and BIM Execution Plan (BEP)
- Carry out model auditing to ensure all models comply standards/project requirements
- Maintain project-specific library of families and develop new families as required along with other project-specific contents
- Assisting team members with BIM-related tasks and in the organization and coordination of the structural design team as needed to deliver projects successfully
- Mentoring and providing support for junior and intermediate BIM technicians

**What will I bring?**
- Strong CAD/BIM Technical background and a strong interest, desire or working knowledge of BIM processes and software
- At least 6 years of relevant experience with Professional Qualification
- With substantial knowledge and experience in Civil and Structural Engineering
- Ability to undertake complex designs and experienced in managing key projects, including the management of multi-disciplinary project teams
- Substantial experience in the consulting engineering environment, including the ability to advise clients on cost-effective, sustainable solutions with working knowledge of at least one main 3D BIM product, including configuration, setup, and management
