First Konnection is excited to partner with a renowned educational centre in Singapore, celebrated for its innovative child development programs, in search of a dedicated Centre Executive to join their outstanding team.

**Position: Centre Executive (Office Hours, No Weekends)**

**Your Role**:

- **Centre Champion**: Reporting to the Centre Manager, you will seamlessly handle administrative and client-facing tasks, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations.
- **Organizer Extraordinaire**: Prepare vital financial and centre reports, manage attendance records, and conduct daily health checks on the children.
- **Community Connector**: Provide exceptional service to parents, assist with purchases, and create a warm, welcoming environment.
- **Standard Bearer**: Perform administrative duties, manage fee collections, conduct stock-taking, and maintain a safe, well-kept facility.
- **Safety Supervisor**: Oversee the safe and timely transfer of students from school to the centre, ensuring their well-being at all times.
- **Versatile Contributor**: Take on various ad-hoc duties as assigned, demonstrating your adaptability and commitment.

**Who You Are**:

- **Educational Background**: Diploma in Business Management with at least 2 years of experience in a preschool environment.
- **Tech-Savvy**: Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- **People Person**: Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
- **Detail-Oriented**: Meticulous, organized, and capable of multitasking effectively.
