Singapore LINDE GAS ASIA PTE. LTD. Full time

The role will provide aspiring interns with exposure to regional HR projects within Linde Gas APAC. The role sits within the APAC Talent Management Team and reports directly to the Head of Talent Management, APAC. The projects are wide ranging, and will encompass employee engagement initiatives, learning and development programs, employer branding and HR communications. This role will require someone who is passionate, a self-starter, driven, execution-focused, creative, and enjoys interacting and collaborating with stakeholders in a fast-paced environment across the APAC region.

**Principal responsibilities**
- Support the implementation of the APAC Immersion Program and manage the end-to-end employee experience
- Support the APAC learning platform and manage the communications and logistics of APAC-led learning webinars.
- Support the roll-out of Linde’s new Employee Value Proposition and launch of the Linde Competency Framework across APAC.
- Support HR communications for various engagement and learning initiatives.
- Support the implementation of APAC D&I activities across the region.
- Contribute and support in various ad-hoc HR regional projects

- Required key skills (functional/technical/softskill)
- Good knowledge of Microsoft suite of programs (Microsoft Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
- Familiarity with various online collaboration and engagement tools (Mural, Mentimeter, Pigeon Hole, etc)
- Familiarity with running virtual communications platforms such as Microsoft Teams, Zoom, etc.
- Creative and have a flair for design (required for HR communication materials)
- Strong project management skills (ability to manage and execute projects within tight timelines)
- Strong analytical and methodical skills
- Good interpersonal communication skills, highly flexible and adaptable
- Fluency in English language with excellent oral and written communication skills

**Required Qualifications/experience**
- Undergraduate specializing in Human Resources or Communications
- Active involvement in related co-curricular activities in university/external organizations
- Location of Work - South, Singapore (Mapletree Business City, Pasir Panjang)
- Reporting to Head of Talent Management, APAC
