**Responsibilities**:Reporting directly to the supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following:

- Attend inbound calls
- Attend to call-back requests from customers
- Ensure follow-up on escalated cases
- Perform investigation for cases
- Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Team Leaders or Supervisors

**Requirements**:

- Proficient in English
- Basic MS office knowledge - Words & Excel
- A team player with good interpersonal and communications skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with mínimal supervision

**Job Types**: Part-time, Temporary
Contract length: 2 months
Part-time hours: 35 per week

**Salary**: $12.00 - $18.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Work Location: In person
