**OUR CLIENT**
An Europe-based MNC with over 1,300 staff in 28 countries with its Regional Head Office in Singapore.
They have aggressive expansion plan in ASEAN Region and is currently hiring talented people to join their growing pool of human capital.

**THE POSITION**
This position is important in coordinating sales orders with various departments to accomplish the demand fulfilment of customers. A key role is to assist the CS Lead and Supply Chain Manager in achieving the department KPI in delivery, analysing forecast and monitoring customer sales orders.

**JOB RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Resolve delivery and lead-time issues
- Ensure customer satisfaction through pro-activeness and initiative to review and process Customer Orders timely and reschedule of delivery based on customer’s requirements.
- Monitor order status for timely delivery.
- Analyse customers’ forecasts and ensure reasonable stock is maintained.
- Prepare Picklist for store to pack the parts to be delivered.
- Prepare Job Orders, DOs and Invoices for the orders to be delivered.
- Prepare Authorization to Return of customer goods.
- Prepare & Co-ordinate Sample Memos for customers
- Backup other CS member when needed.
- Exercise initiative in improving work processes for productivity and efficiency gains
**CANDIDATE’S REQUIREMENTS**
- Minimum: O Level or ITE certificate
- Fresh graduates are welcome.
- Teamwork within team and across departments
- Multi-tasking and stress management.
- Communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to use MS office, Outlook, Word and Excel.
- Good command of Mandarin and English (both speak and write due to handle Mandarin speaking customers).

**Salary**: From $2,200.00 per month
