**Job Title**

Talent Acquisition Specialist

**Location**

Changi, Singapore

**Responsibilities**:

- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for a variety of positions, ensuring the selection of top talent that meets the clients needs.
- Collaborate with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Maintain a strong talent pipeline to meet ongoing recruitment needs.
- Monitor recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to the client and internal teams.
- Support the completion of the RPO project with high-quality hires within the agreed timelines.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in talent acquisition, preferably within an RPO environment.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes for a wide range of roles, including senior management, technical, and manufacturing positions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously.
- Strong sourcing skills and familiarity with various recruitment tools and platforms.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
