**Senior Compute Consultant (ESXi / vSAN / VCF)**:
We are looking for an experienced Senior Compute Consultant to join our team If you have skills in ESXi, vSAN, or VCF, then we have a perfect job for you.

**Job Requirements and Qualifications**:

- Expert on the following areas - ESXi, vSAN, VCF
- Expert knowledge on converged, hyperconverged Infrastructure, HPE synergy.
- Excellent understanding of IT architecture, concepts and solutions and broad foundational knowledge in DC domain
- Experience in build of greenfield DC’s
- Design and plan Server migrations-V2V, P2V, etc. experience
- Excellent understanding of IT architecture, concepts and solutions and broad foundational knowledge in DC domain
- Hands-on experience on HPE Blade servers is required
- Hands-on experience on Windows & Linux OS is required.
- Capability in understanding and evaluating multi-vendor product offerings
- Datacenter knowledge, PDU’s, identify Power connector types, racking stacking knowledge of hardware etc.
- Up to date knowledge and expertise on OS & DB licensing policy for physical, virtual and Cloud environments
- Deep understanding of virtualization platforms VMware vSphere
- Design and deploy DR solutions, VMware SRM, Veeam experience
- 10+ years in IT industry with at least 8 years of relevant experience in DC solutions design, deployment, and migration.
- Nice to Have:

- HP ASE or VMware Certified Associate - Data Center Virtualization (VCA-DCV)
- In-depth knowledge of new advances in DC build and implementation.
- AD knowledge would be preferred
- Thorough knowledge on DNS, NFS, NTP, RDM and Patch management
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.
- Ability to quickly produce PowerPoint slides which are both content rich and visually appealing.
- Ability to quickly establish credibility and trustworthiness in the mind of others.

**Job Roles and Responsibilities**:

- Lead 1-4 team members.
- Develop solutions, proposal, effort estimation and presentation for DC design and Compute deployment.
- Develop Architecture, high level and low level physical and logical DC design drawings and design documents.
- Develop project major change document consisting of DC drawing and step by step activities.
- Discuss with various vendors (HPE, Dell, etc.,) as required to prepare proposals and solutions
- Creating detailed deployment architecture and device configurations (HLD & LLD).
- Quickly produce PowerPoint slides which are both content rich and visually appealing.
- Understand and analyze detailed BOM of various virtualization and infra solutions from partner OEMs.
- Design various migration solutions and deploy.
- Work with app stakeholder and plan migrations.
