Job Description

Sales Admin/ Customer Service Representative

**Location**: Central, nearby Marymount MRT

**Working hours**: Mon - Fri, 9am - 6pm

Our client is major retail operator in the airport.

Processing orders for local & overseas customers
Arrange delivery schedule for local & overseas customers
Weekly stock replenishment
Liaise with suppliers on defective products and products return
To do receiving entries for goods arrival into warehouse
Order stationery
To process supplier promotion claims
Handle customers defective products return & return of goods to suppliers
Company own brands defective products write off

**Job Requirements**:
At least 1-2 relevant experience as Sales Coordinator in any industry
Able to handle work pressure
Willing to learn
Service oriented, meticulous and good team player
Able to converse in Mandarin as need to interact with Chinese speaking customers
