We are hiring Cleaning and Housekeeping Operations Executive to assist with the management of cleaning operation duties.

Job description:

- Coordinate with supervisors, cleaning teams, and clients to ensure quality service delivery
- Plan and review of operation schedule and plans to improve work procedures
- Ensure cleaning teams adhere to safety measures during cleaning operation
- Prepare daily cleaning job reports for submission to management
- Prepare and plan daily & periodic schedules, deployment of manpower, effective work process and other documentations.
- Covering of manpower if needed (requires you to do hands-on cleaning when needed)
- Assist with recruitment of manpower for projects with HR Team
- Resolving all matters/ incidents on site, including to provide guidance to team on handling incidents
- Manage inventory, equipment and maintenance schedule
- Stocktake and allocate supplies to project sites
- Identify and recommend suitable equipment and technologies to improve cleaning operations

Requirement:

- Experience in related fields
- Own Class 3 driving license preferred
- Team player, good problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Great communication skills and customer oriented
- Ability to multi-tasks under tight time frames with minimum supervision
- Organised, responsive and resourceful
- 5.5 Days work week
- Able to start work with short notice will be preferred

**Salary**: $2,300.00 - $3,500.00 per month

Schedule:

- Day shift
