**Job Description**:
- Manage daily operations on site
- Cover staff duty when required
- Must be able to handle and use cleaning equipment
- Perform Risk Assessment at site
- Prepare for commencement of new projects and ensure smooth process
- To conduct site visits and handle quotations and tendering of jobs.
- Plan manpower for operations
- Conduct interviews for new employees
- Provide guidance and on job training to cleaners, ensure team member's skill and service competenc are maintained
- Manage inventory list, maintain supplies of cleaning materials and equipment and placing orders to maintain stock levels
- Oversee the servicing and maintenance of cleaning equipment
- Prepare periodic cleaning schedule, overtime and attendance reports
- Handle feedbacks and complaints and update Operations Manager accordingly
- Respond to client's request promptly and update when completed, escalate to Operations Manager when necessary
- Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Operations Manager/Management
Job Requirement:
- Have at least 1-2 years of experience in the Cleaning Industry (preferably)
- Able to communicate well to both internally and externally (be it employees or clients)
- Possess at least class 3 driving license (company vehicle will be provided)
- Able to manage time well
- Able to work well in a fast pace environment
- Able to handle conflicts
- Work well under pressure
- Contactable out of working hours and standby to resolve urgent issues
