
Customer Service Officer, Front Office

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Support the department’s daily operations
- Liaise with Casket/Undertaker companies for the registration of Beneficiary
- Attend to phone calls and walk-in customer enquiries and feedback
- Process labels / stickers for Urns Storage / Ji-Ling
- Assist in the registration of annual Prayer Events
- Coordinate with customer for collection of photos for Niches / Ancestral Tablets
**Job Specifications**
- Good communications skills (both written and spoken) in English and Mandarin (to liaise with mandarin speaking associates) is pre-requisite
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Must be able to work on weekend(s) and public holiday(s)
- Willing to work with after-death care service associates
