Join the dynamic team at De Beaute as a full-time HR Admin. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support to the HR department, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day HR operations, stock-inventory and to support the company's growth and development.
What you'll be doing
- **Handling employee onboarding and offboarding processes**:
- **Maintaining accurate employee records and documentation**:
- **Assisting with the preparation of HR at the company and administrative roles**:
- **Coordinating employee personal data documentation and administration**:
- **Providing administrative support for HR-related projects and initiatives**:
- **Responsible for admin, clerical & administrative.**:
- **Answering HR-related queries from employees**:
- **Assist in HR admin, filing & documentation**:
- **Assist in licensing or any government requirements documentation**:
- **Assist to receive stock deliveries & assure proper filing**:
- **Carry out clerical duties such as filing, coping, scanning, answering phone calls, etc**
What we're looking for
- **Minimum 1 year of experience in an HR administrative role**:
- **Strong organisational and multitasking skills with attention to detail**:
- **Proficient in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint**:
- **Excellent communication and interpersonal skills**:
- **Proactive and able to work independently a well as part of a team**:
- **Knowledge of HR best practices and Singapore employment laws**:
- **Hard-working, good organization & scheduling**:
- **Able to converse in Mandarin to communicate with Chinese speaking staff**:
- **Neat & organize in filing**:
- **Perform ad-hoc duties as and when required**:
- **Working hours: Mon - Fri 9.00 am - 6.00 pm (any Saturdays whenever necessary)**
Location: Lower Delta Road (nearest MRT Tiong Bahru)
