The Regional Marketing Specialist is responsible for support of marketing strategy, planning and implementing of marketing activities for the designated region in line with the overall marketing & communication strategy and support for business growth with a primary focus on Mycotoxin, Allergen, Food Pathogen, GMO and Hygiene products. Defining and driving strategies and ensuring the achievement of sales, lead generation and pipeline growth is a key objective, Regional Marketing Special will be responsible for all marketing events, collaterals, webinar support and also exhibitions in APAC region for our Food Safety Business - Romer Labs.

**Your key responsibilities**
- Supports business growth by disseminating information that promotes a favorable view of the organization and its products and services.
- Implements advertising and publicity campaigns, coordinates events and delivers the market strategy for products/services and associated brand(s).
- Responsible for implementing media planning, analytics and strategy, including R.O.I. (Return on Investment) evaluation.
- Identifies the optimal mix of advertising and promotional media channels that align with defined customer market segmentation and buyer personas.
- Coordinates the activities of the company's trade shows, congresses, promotions, events, promotional products, advertising campaigns based on predetermined marketing themes and messages.
- Arranges social media promotions and measures advertising and promotion effectiveness for return-on-investment.

**You bring**
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Food Technology, Biomedical Science or any related field
- 3-5 years of relevant experience in marketing including Conference Marketing experience and driving Webinars via Digital Platform in the health science industry / biotech industry
- Strong leadership capabilities and established track record in effective leadership talents which includes project management
- Knowledge/Experience in food safety / food industry would be a plus
- Highly dedicated and passionate in marketing, driven with a high degree of personal motivation
- Overseas business travel is expected in accordance with business needs
