Regional Marketing Specialist
**Position Overview**

The Regional Marketing Specialist will be supporting in the exciting McCormick Flavour Solutions marketing team to support our B2B unit across Asia. This is an exciting marketing role that focuses on Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) in SEA and content marketing for Asia Pacific.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead, develop and execute regional marketing QSR proactive collaborating with local sales, R&D and culinary team in the SEA to win briefs and increase market share, aligned with business growth priorities.
- Keep pulse on the food and related industries, leveraging on insights to enhance customer intimacy and drive innovative opportunities.
- Develop a wide variety of high-quality content and marketing collaterals

in both traditional and digital marketing channels to support the execution of regional marketing calendar and drive leads and engagement with distributors, customers and internally.
- Track key metrics to optimize content, considering best practices and ensuring industry relevancy, interest, and engagement to accelerate lead and demand generation.
- Support special projects to support APZ priorities and growth ambition as required.

**Education and Exeprience**
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Business, or a relevant discipline.
- 3-5 years of experience in marketing

**Competencies**
- Excellent collaboration and presentation skills with the ability to work effectively across all cultures and levels
- Passion to share knowledge and expertise
- Strong event/ project management
- Strong copy writing and editing skills
- Experience in food ingredient industry is a bonus
- Experience in using Adobe illustration/ InDesign is a bonus
