We are seeking an experienced **Security Technology Implementation Manager **to lead the deployment and management of advanced CCTV and Video Management Systems (VMS) for commercial and industrial clients. This role requires a blend of technical expertise and project leadership, ensuring seamless execution, client training, and top-notch customer service across all projects.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Conduct site surveys with clients to determine optimal installation locations for CCTV systems.
- Support pre-sales activities by demonstrating the capabilities of CCTV and Video Management Systems (VMS) to potential clients.
- Lead the deployment, installation, and configuration of CCTV and VMS solutions for commercial and indus trial clients, ensuring seamless integration.
- Provide customer training on system usage and configuration, ensuring they are equipped to operate the installed solutions.
- Manage the entire technical project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet customer requirements.
- Act as the primary technical contact for clients, stakeholders, and partners, ensuring all solutions are aligned with technical specifications and client expectations.
**Requirements**:
- At least 5 years of hands-on experience with security surveillance systems.
- Proven expertise in working with Integrated Security Management Systems, Video Management Systems, and CCTV.
- Strong knowledge of IP-based CCTV systems, including network setups, camera configurations, and software integration.
- Technically proficient with both hardware and software systems related to surveillance and security solutions.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
