**Course Coordinator's Duties and Responsibilities**

1. Be responsible for administration of the course such as liaising and confirming schedule, location, trainers, trainees, logistics, and communication to all parties concerned.

2. Ensure course/s runs smoothly and thus must be proactively involved in handling enquiries and problem solving at every stage of the course/s.

3. Be conversant with the course modules in order to brief trainees the details, requirements, as well as arranging remedial/retake for/of the course.

4. Prepare for collation, submission, and collection of all aspects of trainees certification/s as well as graduation procession.

5. Be flexible to embrace and adjust to changes of the course/s or introduction of new courses in the future.

6. Assist in alumni/us matters in disseminating information, promoting courses, or any other events that ensues.

7. Prepare and submission of invoices from vendors and trainers.
