**Introduction**

To Qualify incoming vendor IP kits (IO, standard cell, memory, AMS IP, etc) to provide quality Library/IP to customers. To follow up with IP vendor to resolve issues reported at QA in a proactive manner.

**Your Job**
- Perform incoming IP QA against a predefined QA checklist and meeting committed cycle time. This includes verify the IP DK and Silicon deliverables against contract. To issue certificate of approval when QA has passed & certificate of Non-conformance when QA has failed
- To qualify IP merge kit to support customer tape-out
- To maintain & timely update IP information in IP database and IP Catalog
- Define comprehensive test case for IP qualification & IP regression
- Support scripting and automation to improve work efficiency
- Continuous improvement in QA methodology and test case suite to ensure high quality of IP to support customer engagement & tape-out

**Required Qualifications**
- Bachelor / Master Degree in Electrical, Electronics Engineering or equivalent
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in IC design field
- Knowledge in RTL to GDS flow, Analog simulation
- Proficient in layout design and drc/dfm/lvs debugging
- Hands on experience in industry standard CAD tools
- Proficient in any scripting & automation languages
- Familiar with tools like library compiler/Prime-time/VCS is a Plus

**Preferred**
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Well organized and work well within a team environment
- Good work ethics.
- Positive attitude.
