**Responsibilities**:

- ** Web3 Marketing Strategy**: Lead the creation and execution of marketing strategies for Web3 and crypto projects, focusing on token launches, DeFi platforms, NFT drops, and other blockchain-related initiatives.
- ** Community Building & Engagement**: Develop community-driven campaigns to foster user interaction and long-term engagement through platforms like Telegram, Discord, and Twitter, leveraging your deep understanding of Web3 audiences.
- ** Token Promotion & Listings**: Strategically promote token sales, manage relationships with crypto exchanges, and ensure successful token listings on relevant platforms.
- ** Content Marketing for Web3**: Collaborate with content creators and influencers in the crypto space to craft compelling narratives that resonate with crypto investors, developers, and end-users.
- ** Partnerships & Collaborations**: Identify and nurture strategic partnerships with influencers, crypto thought leaders, and industry partners to increase brand exposure and create collaborative opportunities within the Web3 ecosystem.

**Requirements**:

- 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the crypto space, blockchain technology, or tech startup environments.
- 3 years of experience in project promotion, marketing management, and account management.
- Proven experience in Web3, blockchain, or crypto marketing with a deep understanding of tokenomics, decentralized finance, and NFTs.
- Strong knowledge of Web3 marketing strategies and an in-depth understanding of Web3 ecosystems.
- Skilled in communicating with clients and ensuring tasks are completed on time with high quality.
- Ability to identify risks, manage solutions, and provide consistent optimization to marketing projects.
- Experience with community management tools such as Telegram, Discord, and advanced social media marketing platforms.
- Capable of offering promotion, community, and project consulting services for clients.
