As a Junior Trader, you will be responsible for executing trades, monitoring market conditions, analyzing price trends and various other tasks.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide quotes and execute discretionary trades across multiple Crypto markets
- Work with IT department to improve automation capabilities within the firm
- Communicate meaningfully with internal staff as well as clients
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market news, regulatory developments, and industry trends related to cryptocurrencies and OTC trading

**Requirements**:

- 1-3 years of Equities/Web3 Crypto/FX trading experience, either with exposure within the financial industry or cryptocurrency trading
- Understanding of cryptocurrencies / blockchain technology
- Adherence to high ethical standards
- Effective at communication, Business Mandarin capabilities will be particularly advantageous
- Independent worker, patient and goal-driven
- Excellent numerical / analytical skills

**Job Types**: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

**Salary**: From $5,000.00 per month
